Foundations of Wonder (an Environment Audit):
Let's start at the very beginning..... This is when we will help you to look at your environment with new eyes, three and four year old eyes! We can support you to create a sense of real 'awe and wonder' in your setting, where children arrive with excitement each day. An environment that reflects the need of its current cohort and where every space promotes purposeful, happy and exciting learning through the children's play and curiosity. We will show you how a real impact can be made on all budgets.
Singing from the Same 'Sheet of Wonder ' (support staff training):
This training can be tailored to your support staff's needs. We can train groups, small or large, to really understand the vital role they play in creating an approach and environment that nurtures a child's sense of wonder. Helping them to understand how their interactions with the resources can have a massive impact on how the children play and learn.
'It's all About you' (the art of meaningful display):
Let us show you how you can change your whole approach to classroom display. We have used 'individual displays' for years and feel they are fundamental to a 'child led' environment. You will no longer create displays for the sake of ....creating a display! We can support you in creating an approach to display that will not only engage your children in looking more deeply at their own learning, but will also improve your partnership with parents, carers and families.

Focused Training
Do you want focused training for your Early Years Staff? We can offer the following courses within staff meetings, twilights, development days, cluster meetings, network meetings or whichever way suits you. As well as these courses, we offer a bespoke service to tailor make the Early Years training you require. We can deliver training in your setting our within our training classroom.
Creating 'Awe and Wonder':
This is a whole day's training in all things 'Little Wonders'. We will look closely at the foundations that underpin a setting full of wonder and the aspects that help you to achieve it. Most importantly, we will support you to draw up plans for how you are going to make it happen. You will get a chance to explore our resources so you can see for yourself how your children may learn from them. We promise there will be lots of play!
A step into Wonder:
This is a half-day course and is an introduction into all things 'Little Wonders'.
The Wonder of 'Loose Parts':
Let us share our passion for this huge variety of resources and how they are an intrinsic part of a 'wondrous environment'. This course can be delivered as a half day, staff meeting, twilight or within other training.
The Wonder of Boys:
We love to share how an environment full of intrigue and curiosity can ignite your wonderful boys! In this training we will delve deeper into how your wonderful setting can spark the most reticent of boys.
Magic Markers to Wonder Writers:
This training focuses on how we can inspire our youngest little wonderers to become 'magic markers' and with the right little bit of magic, they will naturally grow into the 'wonder writers' of key stage one.
Becoming a ‘Wondrous’ ECT:
Supporting and developing your newly qualified teachers in their first years of teaching is incredibly important. Let us support your ECT’s to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to deliver the EYFS as well as filling them with the confidence that they need to support their children to learn through an environment filled with wonder.
